Shipping policy
At Puppy's Nest, every order is carefully prepared for your pawchild. Here's everything you need to know about how your nest arrives.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories (APO/FPO addresses on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before ordering).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During promotional periods or holiday seasons, processing may extend to 1-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order ships.
Shipping times
- Free shipping (United States): 10-14 business days
Shipping times are estimates based on typical carrier performance. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year in late January–February), times may extend by 5-10 business days.
Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive your tracking link as soon as your package leaves the warehouse, and you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
Where your order ships from
Some products ship directly from our global manufacturing partners to bring you premium quality at fair prices. We work only with vetted suppliers who meet our standards for product quality and reliable shipping.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, please contact us at hello@puppysnest.store and we'll investigate immediately. We'll investigate each reported case and, at our reasonable discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the circumstances and available evidence (including carrier confirmation, verified shipping address, and customer statement).
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply, and the cost of the original shipping may be deducted from any refund).
